Preparation:
Take one fresh carrot.Peel the skin and grate or chopp.Take one fresh Potato.Peel the skin and choppor grate it.Take rice-1 cup.Wash twice or thrice and soak for 20 minutes.
Take pressure cooker.Add soaked rice and add grated/chopped Potato and carrot.Add one glass of water and salt to taste.Turn on the flame and allow to boil.When bubbles up close the lid and make 4-5 whistles.
Turn off the flame and open after 5 minutes.Now carrot Potato rice is well cooked.Mash while hot using Masher/spoon.
Serve with ghee for additional taste and protein.Good for babies and tasty too.
