Ingredients
- Moringa leaves
- Small onion
- Garlic
Take a hot sauce pan.Add 2 glass of water and allow to boil.When bubbles up add small onion-5 to 6 nos.Garlic skin Peeled-2 to 3 nos.Add one cup of moringa Leaves to it and mix well.Wait to get reduce one glass of water.Turn off the flame and filter it.Serve warm twice or thrice a week.It will give a good results.Must try.
