- Rava/Sooji
- Ghee
- Milk
- Palm Jaggery
- Cardamom powder
Preparation
Take a hot saucepan/Pan.Add ghee-1/2 tspn and add Rava-1 cup and roast to turns aromatic.Now add boiled milk-1 cup and stir contiously and make lumps free.It gets thick consistency and add palm jaggery-2 tspn and mix well.Finally add cardamon Powder-1/4 tspn.Turn off the flame and serve warm.
